Privacy

Last updated 29 October 2026. This is the whole policy — there is no longer version.

The short version. still. has no server. Signed out, nothing you write ever leaves your phone, because there is nowhere for it to go. Signed in, one file goes to a private folder in your own Google Drive that only this app can open. There is no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no third party we hand anything to.

What is stored on your phone

Your notes, which section each is in, when you wrote it, any urgency or reminder you set, and two settings: the theme you picked and when the board last synced. All of it sits in a database inside the app's own storage. Deleting the app deletes it.

If you never sign in

Then that is the entire story. The app makes no network requests of its own. It does not know who you are, and neither do we.

If you sign in with Google

Signing in is optional and exists for one reason: so your board is on every phone you sign in on.

Signing out forgets the token immediately. Your notes stay on the phone, and the file stays in your Drive until you delete it.

Deleting what is there

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your phone. Nothing is sent through a server, and the app does not use push notifications at all.

Children

still. is not directed at children under 13 and collects nothing that would identify anyone, signed in or out.

Changes

If this ever changes — particularly if anything new leaves the phone — this page changes with it and the date above moves. The app is open source, so the claims here can be checked against the code rather than taken on trust.
